Manchester Wine School bring back their popular Fizz & Chips wine tasting event in March. Hosted by The Real Greek in the Corn Exchange, the night will kick off with Assyrtiko alongside three other wines that make great Fish and Chip partners – expect things like Spanish Albariño, Australian Riesling and South African Sauvignon Blanc. For the main event, try the delicious fish and chips alongside two Champagnes, one white and one pink.
