Dough Religion – the new pizza project from the great minds behind the Waltzing Matilda, the South Manchester, canal-based floating slice kitchen – will be taking up permanent residence in House of Social from August. But you’ll be able to get a taste of what they’ve got to offer on 24 July, where they’ll be hurling out what you might call preview slices from 11.30am till they’re all gone, for free. Yes, nowt. Choose from their Cheese & Onion, Vodka & Sausage, The Swagman – with chorizo and hot honey – and their burrata slice.
