A Jazz Bank Holiday Brunch is landing at Mollie’s in Manchester, with 90 minutes of unlimited Diner Classics – from the Hot Breakfast Station (as good as it sounds) to tenders, wings and salads – alongside five drinks from the bar. Expect prosecco, beer, wine and cocktails including white peach bellinis, watermelon margs, Aperol spritzes, palomas and bloody marys, with small-table sittings keeping things nicely relaxed.
