MARKERS is the brand-new exhibition at the National Football Museum, set to open on Tuesday 14 May. Highlighting selected footballing heroes that come from a variety of backgrounds, the exhibition will explore the heroes’ journey, and how they have moved through protest and activism to achieve their goals. Whether legends on the pitch, or minority advocates off it, MARKERS will highlight that there are heroes in every corner of the beautiful game.
