Shade is the city’s newest yoga club, taking place in the basement space at SeeSaw. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the whole thing, these new, free weekly meet-ups will offer something for everyone. Connect with like-minded individuals, deepen your practice with experienced instructors, and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This launch event includes a 30-minute yoga session followed by a 60-minute sound bath for internal balance, ending with a soothing cup of organic tea.
