Climat has announced it will offer a special set menu for Valentine’s Day. Head to the rooftop wine-led restaurant for a delicious five-course meal with breathtaking views of the city. The exclusive menu costs £75pp and includes five dishes including a Porthilly oyster with rhubarb, scallop with ranch dressing and a caramelised milk meringue with blood orange. The cellar team have curated an optional £55pp wine flight that’ll perfectly accompany the dishes. Bookings are first come first serve.
