GRUB will host an alternative Valentine’s Day, offering a programme of events to suit loved-up pairs, solo visitors and those celebrating with their pals. On Wednesday 14 February, there is a choice of three special events – a Valentine’s UV Painting and Cocktail Evening from Floating Art, a Feminist Origami Workshop from Femigami and a special romantic movie edition of Quiz Show at Cultplex.
Cultplex will also be showing a handful of alternative movies including Juno (2007), True Romance (1993), Bound (1996) and Before Sunrise (1995). You can find the full line-up here.
