Doug McMaster, founder of Silo (the world’s first zero-waste restaurant), join Where The Light Gets In for the second act of their A Play In The City. On Monday 27 January, they’re once again opening up the Kampus Bungalow for Humbug, a special evening celebrating responsible dining. They will serve dishes highlighting often overlooked parts of the animal, including a rich, flavourful and warming broth made from the bones of our cow, served alongside the burgers.
