It’s hard to explain exactly what The Dark Room is all about but i’ll give it a go!… John Robertson is the host and is in a get up of what I can only describe as a mixture between one of the wrestler’s from the tag team duo, Legion of Doom, and Raiden from Mortal Combat. He guides the audience through the game’s instructions in an intense, dark environment illuminated by torchlight. One audience member at a time navigates through the games options on a screen: “Find light switch”, “Sleep”, “Go north”, and “Go South” but most of the time inevitably find themselves back in the dark room.
