Tilbury recently made the trip to the store with a famous friend in tow, Abbey Clancy, to showcase her latest make up range inspired by supermodels of 1990’s and the trailblazing icons of today’s catwalk. It’s perfect for the party season with products to create the ultimate smoky eye paired with a sultry nude lip look. The best thing about it is she has packaged the look into a fab gift set which contains everything you need to recreate it on yourself at home.
Charlotte preaches that “Easy to Use and Easy to Choose is at the heart of my range” and to prove it she has created a talking video box edition of The Supermodel (£200) for those of us not that make-up sassy. Just open the box and there’s a cool video of her applying the make-up on a model in a step by step tutorial which shows you how to get the look just right.
With over 20 years at the forefront of the makeup industry Charlotte Tilbury has worked with the world’s A-list models, celebrities and designers. Kim Kardashian is a massive fan and claims her Supermodel Body (£45) is a ‘slimmer shimmer’, recently taking to twitter to rave how she’s used it on her legs and “It’s legendary!”
I went along to check out the counter at Selfridges Beauty Hall to see what all the fuss was about and have to admit it’s impressive. I tried The Supermodel look and found it extremely flattering.
