The Fashion Revolution has opened a pop-up store on King Street helping to make fashion fair, clean and safe.

Know The Origin helps people discover the origin of their clothes and the impacts of each brand they buy.

It puts a number of ethical brands in one easy to find place. The pop up store brings the chance to educate yourself on a number of issues regarding fast fashion.

There’s plenty of panels taking place in the store including:

End of Slavery In Our Lifetime

This panel will include leading anti-trafficking charities to explore how to advocate and make changes to our everyday lifestyle to avoid supporting those everyday products that trap people into slavery. This panel promises to be challenging and inspiring with a panel full of individuals who are all working to end modern day slavery.

 

The Future of Fair Fashion

Focussing on a hopeful future filled with ethical and sustainable garment production, this panel will discuss the practical changes necessary to make fair fashion the norm.
