Brought to you by Create.Eat.Move, the pop up events people; the session aims to support mental health and well-being through creativity, nutritious food and movement.

Each event focusses on a different area, inspiring people to find their own therapies through activities they enjoy. The aim is to raise awareness, promote self/peer support and remove the stigma surrounding mental health.

Create, Eat, Move was co-founded by Physiotherapist Kirsty Batchelor alongside trainee Nutritional Therapist and nutrition-led Chef Lauren Wall.

The morning will include a 45-minute Physio Led Pilates session, by Kirsty. The class will include a variety of strength and flexibility exercises each with a progression, so beginners can work on the basics and those with experience can challenge themselves at a higher level.

There then follows a seasonal, summer inspired, three course brunch including tasty tonics by Lauren. The menu is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to reach out to the rest of your day.
