The original #StreetFoodParty specialists are back!… but this time Guerrilla Eats we are going weekly! The team have taken over the ground floor of the Fairbairn Building in Ancoats from where they promise to bring you the very best Street Food Every Saturday night until the end of November.

Guerrilla Eats will feature 3 resident traders in their co-created ‘canteens’ who will change every 4 weeks, along with a rotating cast of 4 guest traders each week. Confirmed traders so far are Mumma Schnitzel, Hip Hop Chip Shop, Fair Game, Cowboys Burgers, Drum & Baste, Dirty Dogs, Gemburrito, Barnhouse Bistro, Fish &, Banh Mi Booth, Fire & Salt BBQ and the new kids on the street food block: Beastys, Smokin’ Hot Tamales, Mei Mei’s Street Cart, Dirty Food Revolution and Madame Francois.

There will of course be bars, fully stocked with the finest drinks, both alcoholic and non – to accompany the fine foodie offerings. Keeping the night flowing and atmosphere going will be music brought to you via resident DJs Pezz, Joe! Joe! Joe! and Brocky aka Guerrilla Output.

As ever, admission is free, but be sure to arrive early to save on queuing for your faves! Guerrilla Eats have said they are still family friendly with kids are welcome up until 9pm.

In the past Guerrilla Eats has popped up in car parks, yards, streets, railway arches and festivals around the North West, wherever the hungry masses are prepared to go, the Guerrilla will find and feed them.
