Every Thursday from 4pm, The Jane Eyre’s bar in the sky is serving Oysters and Laurent Perrier all night.
March is yet another month closer to summer, so what better way to celebrate than filling your gob with some of the finest oysters and champagne in the city?!
Tucked away above the hustle and bustle of the Ticket Hall at Escape to Freight Island, the Jane Eyre Cocktail Bar is an exclusive space to watch the world go by with the best panoramic views of the venue, whilst also enjoying signature cocktails.
The business was set up by brothers Joe and Jonny Eyre in memory of their Mum, Jane. It serves a range of classic cocktails with a twist, as well as an eclectic range of keg and bottled beers, wine, and simple, great tasting food using the freshest ingredients.
The cocktail menu leads the way at The Jane Eyre, featuring a short list of classic punchy numbers created to let the spirit, liqueur or vermouth speak for itself.
Alongside the champagne, you can also grab the bar’s classic Sweet Jane (£9) cocktail, a signature blend of Bourbon, Averna, Amarena Cherry and Bitters. Also on the menu is the White Gold (£9), consisting of Manzanilla, Pisco, Pear, Agave, White Grape and Apricot Soda, and the Pistachio Martini (£11), a short drink of Pistachio Oil Vodka, Cocchi Americano and Bitters.
All of The Jane Eyre’s drinks are crafted just for you by their skilled bartenders using the best ingredients they can get their hands on!
Whilst you’re wineing and dining yourself, Escape to Freight Island will also provide you with some class entertainment from local DJs and performers, as well as comedy evenings and art events!
