‘The Lowry Hotel Beehive’ harvest luxurious honey by experts from The Bee Centre.

You can expect the honey in a variety of dishes on the menu an even a new signature cocktail ‘The Bee Keeper’. A serving of the special honey, Mount gay rum, lime ginger beer and a dash of Angostura bitters is shaken and served with a mint, ginger and lime garnish.

The new honey demonstrates the hotel’s attempts to use more sustainably sourced products and support of local suppliers.
