Whitworth Locke is a chic aparthotel that launched November 2018, in a former 19th-century cotton mill.
Resident restaurant, The Cotton Factory, offering an exciting new Mexican menu courtesy of El Camino, is set to launch in Whitworth Locke this summer.
The Cotton Factory will play host to different themes and iterations hosted by industry favourites and up and coming food traders, always delivering great quality, exciting food, drink and music. Events and parties will also be hosted throughout the year.
El Camino at The Cotton Factory is the first of an abundance of pop-ups in collaboration with food traders that will be showcasing cuisine from around the world.
El Camino will be serving their signature tacos, homemade hot sauces, made-to-order guacamole and burritos all served with a host of Mexican beer and tequila cocktails in a spectacular setting. The atrium, home to the bar, is covered with a glass roof that reveals the Manchester’s sky everchanging colours, complimenting the dimly lit exposed brickwork.
The restaurant, with 78 covers has an open plan kitchen, hidden private dining room and a new bar.
El Camino has a 3-month residency with the restaurant set to open early July. Reservations are going live from the 1st June and are highly recommended to ensure you get to pop down!
Keep up to date on their socials.
