The Butchers Quarter on Tib St seemed like an unusual addition when it first opened, it has since closed and reopened with a brand new spring in its step.
There’s been new additions of breads, charcuterie, wine and cheese all available in the Butchers Quarter.
The newest offering of Charcuterie will mean you can slurp on some wine, eat cheese all while deciding what you’re going to have for tea that night.
The new charcuterie offering will be served alongside independent butchers’ selection of meat, which includes premium-quality dry-aged steaks sourced from the north-west.
