The aptly named ‘STALL’ is set to open on Friday 29th November with a free entry event giving guests the chance to get a first glimpse of KAMPUS and the much talked about central garden injecting some greenery into the city centre.

STALL will showcase some of the cities best artists, makers and food producers giving visitors the chance to buy artisan Christmas gifts whilst getting in the festive spirit. There will also be chances to grab a bite to eat and a winter tipple.

There will be around 20 stalls covering food, homeware, prints, clothes and jewellery from local traders including Manchester Cheesecake Co., Moon & Sixpence, Full Circle Tees and Blue Botanics.

STALL is a pop up market brought to KAMPUS by Manchester’s legendary independent street food festival GRUB. GRUB will also be showcasing their brand new bottle shop, OFFY. Shoppers will be greeted with an assortment of canned craft beers, natural wines and an array of spirits to take home.

Those fancying a drink will be able to chose from 12 lines of craft beer brewed by local breweries such as Squawk Brewing Co, Pomona Island and Runaway brewery.

There will also be tasty mulled wine and hot cider. The Bootle Oyster will be serving up vegan fish and chips while Pitch Pizza is serving wood fired pizzas and Fritto are offering deep fried calzone.

KAMPUS is also set to feature over 500 apartments in two new blocks, two listed Victorian Warehouses and the existing brutalist 60’s tower. There will be greenery throughout and many open spaces and even a lush central garden.

The project is due for final completion in 2020 with the first residents expected to arrive Spring 2020.
