Proposals have been sent off for the Grade II listed New Century Hall down at NOMA to be converted into a creative college, music venue and food hall – operating with a capacity of around 1,000.
Spread over 3 floors, the top space will be converted into the main music hall, with the ground floor operating as a food hall and informal meeting space. The basement will be turned into a creative college with the capacity for 400 students.
The building will hopefully be a key driver of footfall to the area and act as a big step in the continual development of the old Co-op buildings around NOMA.
