There’s a Thai-takeover at the Greater Northern’s Community Kitchen this weekend serving up everything from soups to salads, noodles to rice and plenty of Thai classics.

Greater Northern’s Community Kitchen is giving local businesses who have restricted access to outdoor dining space the chance to operate on the open square and serve up their delicious cuisine in the heart of Manchester in a Covid-safe way!

Siam Smiles is a critically acclaimed Thai restaurant based at the Great Northern’s Mews but this will be the first time ever owner May has cooked at a pop-up.

May’s restaurant, that has been described by the Daily Telegraph as ‘the most exciting thing to happen to me in Manchester since the days of the Hacienda’, has racked up quite the exciting name for itself.

On the menu is ‘PhpPla Phed’ duck summer rolls, ‘Yam Talay Woosen’ a seafood salad. As well as yummy ‘Khang Massaman Gal’ a chicken curry served with rice.
