Ramona, in partnership with Manchester place-makers & regeneration specialists Capital Centric, has announced plans to launch more of their offering as restrictions begin to be eased next month.

The venue on the edge of Ancoats and Northern Quarter opened recently serving up takeaway Detroit-style pizzas from the former MOT station and garage in New Cross.

The next phase of opening sees Ancoats’ latest beer garden in the form of their 250-capacity campfire beer garden complete with a margarita bar.

The beer garden allows guests to eat and drink outside, kept cosy and warm by campfires and firepits. And to provide extra caution against the almost definite rain – there’s even a tipi!

The hugely popular Pizza from Detroit will be served while the beer garden will be pouring the best of ‘Made in Manchester’ beers from midday until 12pm.

The brand new Ramona speciality ‘Margarita Bar’ will open in the festoon lit forecourt, inspired by one of the team’s Mezcal, tequila and margarita research trip to South America.

“Ramona has been a year in the making, in what has been such a tough year for everyone, especially our industry. We can’t wait to show more of what Ramona is all about..But most of all be able to welcome guests properly into the beer garden for a great time’”- Adelaide Winter, Founder Ramona

Manchester’s newest beer garden will open in Ancoats from April 14th with bookings made available from 9am on March 26th.

If their sell-out Detroit style pizzas are anything to go by, you’re going to want to be quick to book a table!
