Create Your Own Canvas Art LIVE with Pete Obsolete

Each Monday for the past two weeks, we’ve joined Manchester artist Pete Obsolete live from his home studio for a series of interactive art workshops.

The first week, we asked the audience for suggestions to include in a spray paint piece, and last week, we asked our audience to come up with rhyming couplets (silly rap-sentences) that Pete then drew up live.

This week Pete’s creating a unique piece of ‘Obsolete Art’ on a canvas and you can paint or draw alongside him as he talks us through his style and the techniques.

‘The ‘Paint with Pete’ sessions are simply an hour in the morning at the beginning of the week to get arty. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a pencil or a paint palette, this is just about keeping the creative juices going, and not getting bored. Grab some pens and some paper, and lets get creative!
