There’s a new 2-day festival coming to the Old Naval Yard in Ancoats on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September. ‘Hello Old Friend’ will transform a forgotten space into an art, music and food extravaganza – all sponsored by Heverlee Premium Lager.

With DJ sets from incredible artists, plus an exhibition by Manchester-based Illustrator Harrison Edwards, the two day spectacle is also set to feature Thai BBQ food from Neon Tiger who will bring their grill to cook some of their favourite dishes. Plus, Ancoats Bar of the Year winners – Jane Eyre – will be on hand to serve up some signature cocktails throughout the festival.

Harrison Edwards’ new exhibition Hello Old Friend will feature new works drawing inspiration from traditional mediums and finding fun new ways to play with them. Based in Manchester Harrison has created designs and illustrations for some of your favourite hospitality spots for the last 10 years.
