Food Stalls

MUD kitchen
MUD kitchen will be serving kids friendly snacks using seasonal, organic ingredients and produce from the garden (plus serving free juice and water for the little ones).

Blackbird Pantry
Their description of ‘Anglo-Carribean Cuisine’ does not do justice to the utterly delicious jerk BBQ cooked up by Siobhan Sewell and her team. Always mouth-watering, sometimes eye-watering, highly recommended. @blackbirdpantry

Isca use excellent organic, seasonal produce from local farms and growers to create inventive dishes that showcase the best of the seasons. They are serious about working in a way that is respectful of the planet, ingredients and the people and animals that produce them, and are zero waste and single use plastic-free. Most of all though, Issy Jenkins is a talented and creative chef who has an instinct for quality ingredients and flavour pairing that creates always delicious food!

SuppHER will be popping up as a wine bar with low-intervention wines sourced by Kim McBride and seasonal snacks by Anna Sogaard. Anna is Sous Chef at Erst and Kim (former sommelier at Erst and The Creameries) has left hospitality to work in the Social Care sector. They are both feminists and wanted to use their skills to raise money for charities supporting women.

Gingers’ Comfort Emporium
Award winning handmade real dairy and vegan ice cream and sorbet from Manchester, served from a very charming ice cream van! @gingerscomfort

Drink Stalls

Wines Under the Bonnet
Sharing the wines they like to drink best, from small growers across Europe, Chile and the UK @winesutb

Pomona Island Brew
Pomona Island is Manchester’s answer to the craft beer wave that’s still smoothly lapping its way across the country. Taking nods from breweries and styles all across the world, Pomona Island’s beer is varied and interesting. As well as classic pale ales and IPAs, the team have explored the world of lambics and sours too – and to great effect!

Otros Vinos
Wine (& cider) made by small artisan growers – produced without chemicals and with either no or minimal sulphur added. Spain and the south of France.
