Award-winning Indian restaurant, Asha’s, is now open again, alongside a new stylish bar concept – ‘The Peterman’, and this Monday 15th August they’ll be hosting an exclusive event to commemorate India’s 75th Year of Independence.

Where tradition meets modernity, Asha’s offers a dazzling repertoire of dishes which showcase culinary innovation. Through a uniquely elevated dining experience, the restaurant promises to take diners on a voyage through India’s North-West frontier province – featuring lovingly made dishes inspired by Asha Bhosle’s life.

From humble beginnings in the hamlet of Goar, Eastern India, Asha’s journey took her to Mumbai and the pinnacle of Bollywood. Celebrating her country’s rich cultural heritage, she created Asha’s – a global group of ground-breaking Indian restaurants, where some of the world’s finest chefs blend authentic flavours with a contemporary perspective to redefine Indian cuisine.

With a colourful event, Asha’s will invite guests to join them in commemorating India’s 75th Year of Independence. Here, they will be treated to a lavish evening of authentic Indian flavours. Be amongst the first to experience the next generation of Asha’s at this exclusive event.

India’s Independence Day is celebrated annually across the world on the 15th August, and observes the anniversary of the nation’s independence from the United Kingdom.

Commencing at 6pm, welcome drinks will be provided in The Peterman bar, a stylish haven of opulence and luxury. Here, guests are also invited to take-in the traditional Indian music from Dhol players and presented with beautiful Gajra flower garlands.

Bhatt will add to the excitement of the new era of Asha’s by adding a new array of dishes to the fore. Inspired by Indian recipes passed down through the generations, the philosophy of Asha’s remains, and diners are invited to take part in a contemporary feasting experience.
