Back in the day, it was all about Traffic Light Parties. You’d get a colour when you arrived at the party, red means that you’re not interested in anything (STOP), orange you’re on the fence (MAYBS BABES) and green is all go (KISS ME!). What a lot of fun!

Since then though, the dating game has seemingly become MUCH more complicated – especially considering most of it has moved onto apps such as Tinder and Bumble – and all of the associated trials and tribulations that come with it.

For people who are sick and tired of the whole online dating scene, a woman called Kate Lock (very apt name) has created the ‘Lock & Key Singles Party‘ which will be headed to Three Little Words this Tuesday 1st February from 7:30pm.

The evening aims to give you the chance to meet real single and social professionals in a fun and relaxed environment. They’re a social community who want to grow their single circle with no pressure or expectations. If you happen to meet the love of your life, that’s a bonus.

The night will include live entertainment, guest appearances, drinks, prizes and the chance to mingle with new people. But here’s the icebreaker…

Each guest will be matched with one person on the night!

On arrival, each guy will get their very own key and each girl will get their very own lock. Which key opens which lock? You’ll need to mingle and find your match for the chance to win a luxury prize, courtesy of their sponsor Ruh Dental.

Tickets for the event cost £15 and then on the evening there’s an optional £30 drinks package that can be purchased which will get you:

1 x Just One Kiss arrival cocktail ++

Drinks from the following selection:
2 Selected Cocktails OR
2 Double Spirit and Mixer OR
4 Bottles of Craft Beer (330ml) OR
3 Glasses of Prosecco OR
3 Large Glasses of House Wine
