The Nikka Omakase Experience with Cottonopolis

Sunday 10th September will see an evening of food and whisky with Nikka and Cottonopolis - celebrating the joy of a quality product and timeless craftsmanship.

Cottonopolis’s head chef Joe Grant and Nikka Brand Ambassador Tom Bartram have created an Omakase menu to pair with Whiskies from across the extended Nikka catalogue.

All the dishes will be prepared in front of guests as they are guided through the brands story and it’s fantastic flavours.

Guests will receive a Misuara on arrival before tasting four dishes and four drams including:

  • Salmon Sashimi paired with Nikka Coffey Grain
  • Crab Gunkan with Nikka Pure Malt Red
  • Wagyu Rib-eye Tataki with Yoichi Single Malt
  • White Chocolate and Matcha Delice with The Nikka 12 Year

Guests will end the evening with Yoichi 10 Year; an exceptionally rare and discontinued expression worth the price of a ticket alone.

Gethin Jones and his team have also created a Cottonopolis x Nikka cocktail menu which will be available for all Manchester Loves Cocktails wristband holders throughout the festival for just £5.
