Whilst creating and adapting their esteemed menu, the talented team over at Edinburgh Castle often pay regular visits to Delamere Forest in order to forage 5-star ingredients to incorporate within their exceptional dishes.

A menu which has been centred around seasonality, diners can now witness chef Julien Pizer and team’s creativity first-hand with their exciting new concept.

On the first Tuesday of every month, Edinburgh Castle will host their ‘Trust The Chefs’ evening – which will showcase a true masterclass in attention, flavour and flair.

The one-sitting experience starts at 7pm, and costs £60pp. Diners will have the chance to trial exclusive dishes with an artistic menu based around locally foraged produce.

Brought to your table personally by the chef (who will talk you through the special ingredients and details) each dish will expertly demonstrate each chef’s unique talents and passions – all whilst exploring the best in seasonal produce.
