Brockmans Gin & Elderflower Tonic
Brockman’s unique recipe of naturally grown aromatic botanicals release notes of aromatic wild berries with a hint of liquorice and lemon peel. This is the perfect refreshing G&T served with fresh blackberries and a rosemary sprig to bring out the floral flavours of the tonic.
Brooklyn Gin with Double Dutch Indian Tonic
A small-batch gin made using 100% fresh citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper topped up with an award-winning mixer, Double Dutch Tonic. Pink grapefruit brightens the quinine flavouring to help reduce the bitter aftertaste many people don’t like with G&T. A perfect delicate classic.
Plymouth Gin with Indian Tonic
A rich, smooth and award-winning gin with 7 botanicals including juniper berries, orange peel and orris root. Served with large grapefruit and orange slices for an elegant, long and fresh drink.
