Jardim is set to be a new Brazilian all-you-can-eat restaurant in Altrincham, serving up endless grilled meat, sides and salads from the co-founder of Fazenda.

Robert Melman, an Argentinian who now lives in Altrincham, is opening the South American rodizio restaurant on Stamford New Road in November, taking over the old Post Office, which has been unoccupied for more than a year.

Melham launched Fazenda in Leeds back in 2010, before expanding with restaurants in Liverpool, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Manchester.

The new Altrincham concept will offer the traditional Brazilian ‘rodizio’ meat selection that we’re all accustomed to, with an endless stream of grilled meats, served alongside unlimited sides and salads from the bar.

There’s also the promise of a “large choice of lighter options” too, as well as a more seasonal, local approach to ingredients too.

Jardim will open in November.
