Luxury Manchester development, Deansgate Square, has announced two further major commercial partners who are set to open their doors in the coming months.
Following the raft of exciting new operators that have started trading at Deansgate Square in the last year, the development will now welcome two new local partners. Namely, award-winning house plant supplier Flourish and popular health food and wellness provider The Green Lab.
Opening soon in two separate units within the flagship scheme, Flourish at 667 sq ft and The Green Lab at 2443 sq ft, both stores promise to bring something that promotes and provides residents with what they need for a greener and more sustainable lifestyle.
As a business, Flourish has its roots in the flower industry as a family business going back over 30 years. Today it’s one of Manchester most popular outlets for plant life and its new unit at Deansgate Square will become its fourth location in the area.
Speaking about the opening, owner Anthony Cox voiced his excitement and what he feels Flourish will bring to the development:
“After speaking with the team behind Deansgate Square it became very clear that this development isn’t just about building more accommodation in Manchester city centre, it’s about developing a whole new community and we can’t wait to be a part of it.
“The fact that Deansgate Square has chosen such well-loved Mancunian brands was a huge attraction. It’s fantastic that there will be a lot of people new to the city living in the towers and we’ll do our best to make sure they get to experience the best of what we do, right on their doorsteps.”
The Green Lab – founded by Manchester-based sisters Nikita and Kanika Banga – is a ‘lifestyle concept destination’ which opened its first store in May 2021 in the Northern Quarter.
The two claim their vision for The Green Lab is to create one-stop destinations housing a café, as well as a health and well-being studio.
Nikita and Kanika also voiced their collective elation and anticipation ahead of their new opening at Deansgate Square:
“We knew we wanted to expand and open more sites in Manchester, and then nationally. So when we saw the opportunity to open in Deansgate Square, it was something we didn’t even have to think twice about.
