In case you haven’t heard of them before, ZUMU is a massively successful sushi restaurant with sites in Wilmslow and Hale specialising in pan-Asian cuisine with a clear street food vibe.
The people at Dive NQ have been a fan for some time now, and so they were delighted to ask ZUMU to come down and join them in the kitchen and on the summer outdoor BBQ.
The vibe will be different from that found in ZUMU’s existing restaurants. The plan is they will be adopting the effortlessly cool feeling of the Northern Quarter with high quality, tasty food, in a relaxed environment.
All the dishes are guaranteed to get your taste buds going, featuring popular favourites like Chicken Katsu Curry, Bao Buns & sushi rolls.
