The Lowry Hotel’s Chef’s Choice Menu at the River Restaurant has got to be one of our favourites. Five-star food, exceptional service and great value for money – what’s not to love!
Most January deals have come to an end now, but The Lowry Hotel is treating us and extending its fantastic three-course tasting menu for £19.99 (or two-courses and a glass of wine), all the way up until the end of the month. Hip Hip Hooray!
So whilst we hang in there and hope for some warmer weather, why not treat yourself to this brilliant deal at Manchester’s five-star hotel.
The Chef’s at the newly-refurbished River Restaurant are constantly evolving dishes around the best-sourced British produce. This February, they’re offering fresh seafood such as the Salmon Rillette with crème fraiche, caper jam, and watercress and Lemon Sole with braised buckwheat, Jerusalem artichoke and chestnut mushroom.
There’s also Crispy Pork Belly with a delicious sweet mustard mash and the classic Maple Cured Beef Brisket (with hot pot carrot and peppered sprouts) to enjoy from the main menu.
Vegetarian options include the Feta Cheese and Swede Pithivier, which is served alongside a tasty humous dressing.
You must book in advance for lunch and dinner until the end of February. We expect it to be busy with this offer, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment!
