An Evening of Perrier-Jouët paired feasting is coming to The Lowry Hotel

The Lowry Hotel is hosting an evening filled with unique wines perfectly paired with canapés and a four-course dinner.

Taking place on Saturday 22nd June, the evening will begin at 7:15 pm with the vivacious luminescence of Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blanc and canapés in the library. Dinner begins at 8 pm and will start with cannelloni of smoked salmon, crab and lime paired with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut. To follow, Cheshire Farm Lamb and braised hogget served with courgette, goats cheese and mint. The main will be partnered with the Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé, an intense and balanced Champagne with a delicate character of white flowers. An indulgent Brillat Savarin Cheesecake served with British strawberries and Perrier-Jouët Belle Èpoque Millesime, 2012 a delicious cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. To finish, a selection of British cheese, quince, fig chutney and crackers will be served with a surprise final drink! ............................................
