Launching itself head first into the Christmas spirit, Hatch is offering a host of incredible Christmas food and drink offerings this year, as well as a roster of entertainment and workshops as part of its festive village.

Guests will be transported from Oxford Road to a cosy Christmas grotto thanks to the venue’s Christmas choir The Sleigh-Bells, who will be performing every Sunday from 27th November – Sunday 11th December.

As part of the celebrations there’ll also be a series of Festive Workshops to allow guests to get hands on and create their own Christmas gifts and decorations this year.

A candle pouring workshop is taking place with brilliant Hatch trader, Last Ember, alongside a personalised wreath workshop with bagel and bloom specialists, Bread Flower. The session will take guests through a two-hour step-by-step workshop to create their own wreath whilst enjoying a glass of fizz.

Meanwhile, the independent traders on site at Hatch have created a cracking collection of Christmas specials that will be available throughout November and December at the festive village.

Grandad’s Sausages will be serving up a truly epic Christmas special with their Fairytale of New Pork hotdog and Northern duo, Parmageddon, are also joining in the festive fun with buttermilk Chicken Parmo fused with pigs in blankets, deep fried stuffing and homemade chicken gravy.

Cheeky Tikka have created a Christmas Chapli Burger and Kong’s will fly the festive flag for the underrated sprout, with their Sprout and Bacon Loaded Fries.

Hatch newbies Block Steak Shop are serving their locally reared, grass fed, free range steak with a festive twist – topped with melted gruyere and caramelised onion served over beef dripping chips and Hatch’s vegan residents, Herbivorous, have created some plant-based Christmas treats, too.

Completing the festive food, T’arricrri have created Christmas Cannolis, made with authentic Panettone and FUKU’s veggie spring rolls with special cranberry sauce to put a festive spin on an undisputed classic.

Hatch will also be serving up some Christmas cocktails such as the Clementine Cosmo – a festive blend of Absolut Vodka, clementine liqueur, lime and cranberry, as well as the Jolly Gingerbread Man – Hatch’s twist on a classic Christmas treat.

With amazing independent retail traders on-site, too, shoppers will have no trouble in finding a wonderfully unique gift this Christmas. Browse through everything from vintage finds at Suzy Loves Milo, and stunning scented soy candles and sustainably made homeware from Last Ember.

Hatch also houses a range of talented independent beauty traders to get you party-season ready, including the fabulous inclusive nail art specialists It’s A Nail Thing; independent, creative hair salon Industry; male grooming by Portland Barbers; and fabulous eyelash extensions and lash lift/tints by Butterfly Effect lash and brow bar.
