Set to take place on Thursday 1st December, Levenshulme’s independent wine merchant, Isca Wines is collaborating with Cloudwater for an exclusive 4-course supper club.
The evening will see the brewery showcase four of its brand-new barrel aged beers alongside four paired dishes, with brewers on hand to answer any questions you may have about the project.
Speaking about the Barrel Project, Cloudwater said: ““The Barrel Project beers are the culmination of several years’ work in sourcing the best barrels, building relationships with organic fruit producers, and fine-tuning our approach to blending.
“Our intention is to create elegant, distinctive bottles that exude quality and timelessness. Throughout the winter months we will be showcasing the Barrel Project through a series of collaborations which focus on celebrating Manchester’s finest independent establishments.
“All the places involved mirror the ethos of The Barrel Project, taking time and care to serve food which focuses on seasonality and who work directly with farmers and producers to create thoughtful, sustainable dishes.”
Hosted at Isca Wines, the event will be a chance to learn more from the Cloudwater team about the history of the Barrel Project bottles, whilst enjoying thoughtfully paired food.
The natural wine shop is already known for its sustainable approach to fine wine and dining, so it serves as an idyllic place to showcase Cloudwater’s newest, most seasonal work.
