The culinary journey through India continues to the East & North East where we will be combining food from West Bengal, Kolkata and the Seven Sister States.
Guests will experience a five course menu, with two drinks, where key ingredients include lots of fish and seafood, the ghost chilli (Bhut Jolokai – the hottest chilli in the world), Panch Phoran spice mix, onion seeds and black mustard seeds, aubergines, and Mishti Doi and Ras Malai desserts.
