It wasn’t too long ago that La Bandera launched their brand-new Spanish Bottomless Brunch – with an authentic menu filled with proper Spanish treats and endless Cava.
Now though, during lockdown you’d think that Spanish brunch was off the cards – well, think again, because they’ve re-launched their excellent dishes on to their Click & Collect service.
Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you’ve got the choice of La Bandera’s best ‘Tostas’ – toasted ciabattas topped with a range of different brunch offerings.
On the menu you’ll find the likes of the Tosta Ibérica (£8) with Manchego cheese and Jamón Ibérico with garlic and fresh tomato rub, the Tosta Pollo Malú (£7) with award-winning pulled chicken and mayo recipe from Tenerife with fresh tomato, lettuce, onion and truffle pearls, and a personal favourite – the Tosta Cabrón (£8) topped with Sobreasada (spreadable Chorizo) with goat cheese and honey.
On top of the Tostas is the Table Mixta (£8 for 1, £16 for 2) – basically a huge platter of the finest Spanish cheeses and Iberian cured meats with olives. It’s perfect for grazing!

Don’t forget that La Bandera also have an unbeatable selection of Spanish wines too, but you really should be ordering their Sangria (£18) to go with all of this. Get everything laid out on the table, get the Sangria in a jug and if you try hard enough you could be sat somewhere on the Costa del Sol on your holidays.
