The bakery even sells cards that are perfectly on-brand too, featuring the likes of Lizzo, Carole Baskin and most importantly, Harry Styles.

Palm’s bakery began just before lockdown offering bespoke Shaggy Cakes and due to popularity, owner Rachel bagged herself a spot down at the up and coming Pollard Yard.
You can pretty much order any kind of design with a whole range of classic flavours like Lemon Drizzle, Chocolate, Vicotria Sponge and Vanilla.

There are also fancy flavours like Sticky Toffee, Red Velvet and Salted Caramel & Chocolate.
Top Shaggers include zig-zag designs, animal prints and a very February-appropriate love heart design. Rachel’s even made a Christmas Tree Shaggy Cake.
