I do sometimes feel sorry for people who live in obscure, remote places. Places like Slough, Reading, Aldershot, Bracknell. Didcot, Yateley. Winnersh. Taplow. Burfield.
Basically they’re stuck with Pizza Hut, Dominos, the odd Kebab Shop and if they’re lucky – an Italian family ended up there in the 70s and opened up a restaurant that makes a passable Bolognese and pizzas that are one step up from a Ristorante.
Well now they have access to what we have here in sunny Manchester – the best Neapolitan pizzas that money can buy – Rudy’s.
