Launching Wednesday 2nd December, CoffeeB Brunch Café & Bistro now have an extensive range of Bagels & Toasts, plus pancakes, oats and pastries, alongside a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, beers, ciders and a rather impressive range of wines.

Let me crack on with what you’ve come here for though – those new Brunch dishes. Well, the new menu features a selection of Bagels, including ‘The Breakfast One‘ with bacon, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and HP sauce, ‘The Smoked Salmon One‘ with Scottish smoked salmon, soft cheese and smashed avocado, and even ‘The Burger One‘ which is perfect for hangovers insofar that it’s filled with double beef patties, cheddar cheese and sauce.

A little bit more ‘exotic’ now and there’s ‘The Txaka Mayo One‘ a mix of crab, eggs and mayo, or ‘The Veggie One‘ with soft cheese, tomatoes, capers and a freshly-made black olive tapenade.

The Pulled Pork One; CoffeeB’s Secret Spicy Pulled Pork Recipe, Poached Egg with Hollandaise Sauce and Chilli Sauce
On the ‘Toasts’ menu is the classic ‘Benedict One‘, a ‘Royale One‘ and even a ‘Pulled Pork One‘ topped with CoffeeB’s secret spicy pulled pork, a poached egg, hollandaise sauce and topped with chilli.
Taking a trip around the world, you’ll also find ‘The Greek Veggie One‘ with feta cheese, beetroot spread, smashed sweet potato and natural yoghurt, as well as ‘The Rancheros One‘ with Mexican-style fried eggs, black beans, fresh tomato sauce, peppers, onions and cumin.
The Turkish One; Natural Yogurt with Ricotta Cheese topped with Chilli and Turkish Spices Infused Oil, Two Poached Eggs, Dill and Coriander
Finally, there’s ‘The French Toast One‘ with cream, maple syrup, Nutella and mixed berries, as well as ‘The Pancakes One‘ where you get a stack of 5 American-style buttermilk pancakes topped with maple syrup, Nutella, berries and cream.
