The first Wednesday of every month at Grafene typically revolves around a fantastic relaxed evening, featuring a 3 course dinner and some special paired wines, all while getting to know about the best vineyards and wines from around the world.
November is a little bit special though, as Pommery Champagne are taking over to show guests the delights and tastes of some of the best fizz in the world. Not only this but Head Chef Stephen Moore will also showcase the many talents in Grafene’s kitchen brigade by serving up a fantastic three course meal specifically paired with each Champagne.
Champagne Pommery is located in Reims in the Champagne region of France. The Champagne House was founded as Pommery & Greno in 1858 by Alexandre Louis Pommery and Narcisse Greno. In 1874 Madame Pommery, affectionately nicknamed “la Dame aux Roses” (the Lady of the Roses) created the first vintage “brut” in the history of Champagne and today this revolutionary dry style is now the standard.
