The best restaurant in Manchester has been named at the fifth annual British Restaurant Awards.
20 Stories, known for its modern British menu, upscale cocktails and skyline views, beat competition from the likes of Adam Reid at The French, mana, Wood, Peter Street Kitchen and Ancoats favourite Esrt, and was crowned following a public vote.
Natasha Davies, senior marketing manager at D&D London, which owns 20 Stories, said: “Manchester’s restaurant scene is one of the fiercest in the country, so we are absolutely over the moon to have won this award.
“The accolade is testament to the hard work and dedication of every one of our employees and we dedicate the trophy to them.
“We’d like take this opportunity to thank those who voted for us and of course our valued customer base, many of whom have been with us since we started back in 2018.
“It’s honestly a pleasure to work at such a landmark venue and the award will be taking pride of place behind our unique bar.”
