Superfoods at Scene Indian Street Kitchen

Scene Indian Street Kitchen have announced the launch of their new Street Food menu with a special focus on Superfoods and healthy eating to nourish the mind, body and soul.

As part of their traditional dishes and authentic street food offerings, Scene’s executive chef Sudesh Singh along with the directors and popular celebrity Nutritional Biochemist, Jeannette Jackson, have tapped into the increasingly popular protein led way of dining by generating a choice of high protein, low carb nutrient rich meals beneficial for health and well being.

Eating healthy couldn’t be easier and tastier. All you need to do is choose a protein, a healthy carb and side salad to create your own super-meal. Protein dishes include pan grilled seabass, grilled chicken or paneer and even rib eye steak or roasted salmon. To accompany this would be a choice of quinoa or stir fry vegetables and off course not forgetting the side of SUPERFOOD salads with choices like kale and beetroot or even a spiced 5 bean salad.  Worry not as there is a vegan option available as well.

Diners can sample food full of flavour but packed with the finest nutrition and the purest superfoods.

Alongside these delicious dishes, there will be a selection of juice shots packed with nourishing vitamins and minerals to compliment and enhance the dishes boosting the nutritional content of the entre meal.

Designed to fuel, nourish and nurture the body, the Mind, Body and Soul menu will keep people on track with health and fitness goals and feed a busy brain whilst enhancing total health and wellbeing.

Speaking of the launch, Jeannette Jackson said: “It’s been a real treat to work alongside the Scene team and discover how we can integrate healthy living whilst still retaining the authentic spices of Indian cooking. I’m really looking forward to showcasing the concept to diners and can’t wait to hear the feedback.”

Long standing Scene Street Food favourites are still on the menu including the renowned Samosa Chaat and Handi Gosht but will sit alongside new and exciting street food dishes, innovative grills and burgers, and the healthier SUPERFOOD alternatives ensuring Scene really is a place that is dynamic and caters for everyone.
