Launching this Sunday at The Alan, an idyllic hangout spot in the heart of the city, yoga brunch will serve as the perfect end of week wind down – complete with a curated menu of seasonal dishes.

Hosted at the hotel that sits on Princess Street, the first session will take place from 10am – 12pm this Sunday and will be followed by a small plate brunch that has been specially selected from The Alan’s dining menu.

Known for having a strong focus on sustainability, locality and seasonality, the hotel has a team of dedicated chefs that work with independents to ensure the hotel uses produce that’s locally sourced, free-range and grass-fed from family businesses.

This is to ensure the best quality and unmatched standard of food whether dining in or staying overnight at the hotel, and the same ethos has been applied to the hotel’s yoga brunch menu, which guests can enjoy alongside a fresh juice or coffee post session.

The menu features dishes such as Goosnargh Chicken, Truffled Mac and Cheese, Confit Pork Belly, and Cauliflower Tikka, as well as Flatbreads , Courgette Dip and Pea and Fettle Salsa.

Alongside the yoga and brunch, guests will also get the chance to unwind and relax alongside fellow yogis, with networking amongst like minded individuals also forming part of the session’s main aim.

Tickets for the brunch are on sale now for £25 per person and can be booked via the link below.
