Ancoats’ Le Social Wine has announced an exclusive evening at Stretford Foodhall with a three-course meal from The Little Pasta Company.
The wine store specialises in an ever-changing menu of natural wines from around the world, and will hand pick specific bottles to pair perfectly with a three-course meal provided by The Little Pasta Company on Thursday 9th June.
Founded in Surrey, The Little Pasta Company is owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Daniel and Anouska. It was founded out of a love and passion for great food, with Daniel usually waking up in the early hours to start work on his delightful, home cooked creations.
The three-course menu at Stretford Hall on 9th June will start off with Fried Mozzarella Balls with a dipping sauce, alongside a selection of Cured Meats and Salami before diving into the mains, which will undeniably be the stars of the show.
You can choose from either Fresh Pasta with a White Truffle Butter or with Slow Cooked Beef and Red Wine Ragu, all handmade by the team at The Little Pasta Factory.
Le Social will then pair each dish with a natural wine from its collection – with all varieties on offer.
This will be the restaurant’s first time in Manchester, and its Stretford Foodhall residency lasts from 23rd May – 19th June, so if you can’t make it to Le Social’s event, you’ll still get a chance to check them out!
The Pasta Factory has also recently opened a store in Shoreditch, but the restaurant travels around the UK appearing at various foodie markets and festivals, bringing with it its incredible menu of authentic Italian street food. Keep an eye on its socials to see where it’s heading next!
