The man behind (the outstanding) Where The Light Gets In in Stockport is set to open up a new outdoor restaurant and garden on the rooftop of the town’s Merseyway precinct.
Set to open up on Saturday 18th July, The Landing will offer up a stunning socially distanced space for up to 50 diners – all sat alongside an urban garden with a range of herbs and vegetables growing. It’ll also feature a wood-fired bread oven, coal smoker and hand-built barbecue.

With the restaurant closed for the time being, The Landing will be serving up hot dogs, natural wine and beers, as well as hosting takeovers by some of the area’s most respected chefs using ingredients from the garden and the local area.
Local record store SK1 Records will be involved too, so you’re pretty much sorted for the Summer with this one.
