GRUB’s annual burger festival makes a triumphant return this week, as some of the city’s most well-known burger traders meet once again in celebration of the humble dish.

Expect wall to wall burger delights, with vegetarian and vegan options also available, alongside sides, snacks and all American desserts in the comfort of GRUB’s Red Bank street food paradise.

Traders confirmed for this weekend include; Wow Chefs (Friday – Saturday only), Spicy Baby, Boneless Brigade (Sunday only), Thief Street Grill & Waffle, Charlie Mac’s (Friday – Saturday only), Crepe Castle (Saturday only) and Dohlightful (Sunday only).

All specialising in different cuisines and flavours, such as Indian, American, plant-based and desserts, there’ll be something for everyone across the three-day free event.

Additionally, in true GRUB tradition, the entire Sunday will be 100% plant powered, and with new to the scene Boneless Brigade making an appearance, vegans and non-vegans alike can rejoice in knowing that they’ll be sampling some one of a kind plates.

GRUB’s bars will also be operating all weekend offering guests drinks, cocktails and tipples from local, independent breweries.

The burger festival is completely free to attend and is hosted at GRUB’s spacious site in Cheetham Hill. With two floors of indoor seating, three bars, different events spaces hosting everything from cabaret to movie nights, and not forgetting its secret beer garden, GRUB is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city centre life.

Walk-ins are encouraged, but larger groups can book a table now via the link below.
