Mine happens to be called Charlotte and she has sausage dog wallpaper, bedding, tattoos and even wears sausage dog matching underwear – relatable or just weird? I’ll let you decide- but if you can’t get enough of their adorable little legs and wiggly bums, you’ll enjoy the following news.

To celebrate the release of The Secret Life of Pets 2, the team at Pug Café and Universal Pictures UK will be opening a pop-up Dachshund café on Sunday 19th May that invites owners and fans from across the city to attend this one-off, pawsome party.

Hosted by The Refinery Spinningfields, furry guests will be able to enjoy their very own ‘doggy menu’ which will include lots of delicious DOGnuts, PUPcakes, PAW Star Martinis, Pawsecco and POMpops.

As well as a free Pupuccino for all doggos, hoomans will also have a delicious menu of treats and drinks to choose from making it the perfect day for both you and your furbaby. Even if you don’t have a saus dog of your own, who needs an excuse to celebrate these adorable little babies? You’d be barking mad not to like them…

Tickets can be purchased for two 70-minute time slots; the first at 11.15am and the second, 5.30pm. For sausage dog owners, tickets will cost £7.50 and for dog lovers, it will be £10; each booking must specify the exact number of dogs and humans that will be attending to avoid over-crowding.
