Launched just in time for the festive season, BAB’s Christmas menu is full of cosy dishes and one-off specials fit for celebrating the special time of year.
The restaurant that sits on backstreets of Northern Quarter is offering its diners two courses for £18.95 and three for £25.95, with the menu bookable for up to 20 guests.
Exploring the options further, to start diners can choose from a range of authentic meze options, which feature dishes such as a Christmas Pate with sweet chilli, cranberry relish and flatbread, alongside honey glazed Pigs in Blankets and Crispy Chicken Wings.
For the main courses, BAB is offering some new specials complete with a familiar Christmas twist. For example, a Turkey Shawarma has been added to the menu and comes with pickled red cabbage, sprouts, pigs in blankets and a cranberry chilli sauce.
There’s also a vegan option of the Turkey kebab available to order, which is full of plant-based turkey, vegan pigs in blankets, creamed cabbage and BAB’s signature spicy gravy.
Alongside this, diners can enjoy a range of BAB ‘classics’ on the menu such as the Lamb Adana, Chicken kebab, and the vegetarian Chickpea Shawarma with Halloumi.
When opting for the three-course option, BAB will also offer a number of desserts to end your festive feast. Choose from either a Chocolate Chilli Brownie with cherry and pistachio sauce or the Apple Crumble with pistachio gremolata, both made fresh in house.
